Reprogramming a car’s ECU usually accomplishes one main goal: increasing engine output. Can you imagine going through the entire process just to annoy other people with how obnoxiously loud your ride is?
An Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio was chosen for the role. The performance sedan received a Stage II power kit and an Akrapovic exhaust system, complete with the downpipes. As you can imagine, the catalysts were deleted at the first opportunity.
Finally, a software tune called Pops and Bangs was installed by Biesse Racing to ensure that every application of throttle was accompanied by eruptions of blue flames and enough bursts to imagine a machine gun shootout in the area.
