The U.S. office of Alfa Romeo has announced the Carbon Edition re-release for its Giulia Quadrifoglio and Stelvio Quadrifoglio models. It will go on sale exclusively in the USA limited to 130 units.
Neither of the cars is anywhere near new: one came out in 2015 and the other one in the following year. Both were facelifted in late 2022 (see video). The Carbon Edition brings along more visual enhancements, but nothing exciting in the tech department.
Specifically, Alfa Romeo replaces all radiator grille sections and side mirror covers with carbon-fiber ones, paints the brake calipers in a golden hue and replace the badges all around with black ones. There are no interior photos yet, but we are promised exclusive sport seats trimmed in red leather and carbon décor throughout. A Harman/Kardon sound system and a package of driving aids are included as well.
Both models still rely on their 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 that churns out 512 hp (520 PS / 382 kW) in its U.S. version and links to a ZF 8HP75 eight-speed automatic transmission. The Giulia takes the momentum to the rear wheels, and the Stelvio distributes it among all four.
The sedan starts from $84,875 (just $3,500 above the standard Quadrifoglio version), while the SUV can be obtained from $92,275 (+$5,000).
