To celebrate its 110th birthday, Alfa Romeo slapped a GTA badge on the Giulia Quadrifoglio sedan and upgraded its tech. Now, all 500 limited edition units have been sold out.
The Giulia GTA started from €175,000, and the company had originally only intended to offer it in Europe, Middle East and Africa. In the end, however, cars made it all the way to China, Japan and even Australia.
The GTA is easily recognizable thanks to its unique 20-inch wheel design and carbon-ceramic brakes. The engine has been tweaked to deliver 540 PS (533 hp / 397 kW) instead of the usual 510 PS (503 hp / 375 kW). An even more radical GTAm variant shipped with a special livery, a massive rear wing, a front spoiler, bucket seats, and a safety cage.
