Alfa Romeo ushers in Giulia & Stelvio Estrema versions

We have already seen the Estrema trim of the Alfa Romeo Stelvio running its pre-production tests earlier this month, and now, the company has revealed it with specs and pricing. Furthermore, the Giulia sedan gets a similar version.

The Estrema lies between the Veloce and the range-topping Quadrifoglio in terms of equipment, and the Italian automaker stresses it is a performance-oriented one. As such, it comes equipped with such standard features as adaptive suspension and limited-slip differential.

The LSD distributes the torque between the wheels to aid acceleration and fast cornering performance, improving traction. Power comes from a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine rated at 280 PS (276 hp / 206 kW) and 415 Nm (306 lb-ft) of torque. Thanks to revised electronics, the sedan needs 5.1 seconds to sprint 0-60 mph (0-97 km/h). The Stelvio is a bit behind it with 5.5 seconds.

The first deliveries are set for Q3 2022. Prices in the United States begin from $58,190 for the Giulia Estrema and $58,950 for the Stelvio Estrema.
