It is no longer a secret to anybody that Alfa Romeo is working on its first hybrid car ever – a crossover SUV named the Tonale. The premiere is set for February 8, but in the meantime, here is yet another video previewing the car.
Published on the manufacturer’s Facebook page, it shows the front end in a close-up shot of the radiator grille with the logo in the middle.
In a previous teaser from a few days ago, Alfa Romeo revealed a rather chunky steering wheel and a driver’s seat with the company name embroidered on it. The seat was trimmed with black leather and stitched in red.
The CUV will compete in the same market segment as the Audi Q3, BMW X1, Lexus UX and Mercedes-Benz GLA. It will be available as a hybrid and an ICE car (petrol or diesel).
