Aston Martin has released a competitor of the Formula-1 car

The well-known automaker Aston Martin announced its intention to release a "pumped-up" version of the Valkyrie hypercar. As noted by the authors of the project, the car will only travel along the asphalt of racing tracks, and its technical characteristics will be as close as possible to the standards of the Formula-1 cars.

To make the racing version easier, the Aston Martin Valkyrie series removed the heating system, and the displays of the multimedia system. Also, the weight of the car was helped by the installation of polycarbonate glass, carbon fiber body panels and carbon-ceramic brake mechanisms.

Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro received a recycled 6.5-liter V12 atmospheric engine. Its power is still unknown, but the car, according to the designers, is able to reach speeds of up to 400 km/h.

The novelty will be published in 2020 in a limited edition - in the amount of only 25 copies.
