LEGO has unveiled a new brick set bundle themed after the Aston Martin DB5 coupe once driven by James Bond in the movie “Goldfinger”.
The set includes almost 1,300 plastic parts. The engine compartment of the toy Aston even holds a miniature six-cylinder engine designed just like irs real counterpart. The vehicle also has a number of secret agent gadgets such as a phone and a hidden surveillance system.
The Aston Martin DB5 by LEGO features a detailed dashboard, a steering wheel, a gearbox, seats and a small display. The vehicle is 10 cm / 4” tall, 12 cm / 4.7” wide and 34 cm / 13.3” long.
Apart from the main brick set, the bundle includes spoked wheels, number shields like the ones in the movie, a rear guard plate, two toy machine guns, a driver’s seat with an in-built catapult, and more.
LEGO never mentioned the price, but the previous hypercar-themed set – the Bugatti Chiron one – went on sale for U.S. $350.
