Aston Martin has officially introduced the successor to its popular DB11 model. The car is advertised as all-new and is set to go on sale in the third quarter of the year, with all prices still pending.
Starting with the main thing, the DB12 utilizes a modified 4.0-liter Mercedes-AMG V8 to drive the wheels with 680 metric horsepower (671 hp / 500 kW). It is roughly 30% more than its predecessor got out of its 5.2-liter V12. For its 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) exercise, the coupe needs just 3.6 seconds, and the top speed lies as high up as 325 km/h (202 mph).
Design-wise, the front end of the DB12 draws attention to its gaping maw of a radiator grille, which is surrounded with new headlights. The wheels are sized 21” by default. Inside, there is a rather bulky-looking center console and an updated infotainment system with wireless connectivity features.
