The next instalment in the James Bond movie franchise will hit the big screens on September 30, 2021, and Aston Martin could not afford missing the opportunity for a merchandise launch.
Co-designed by EON Productions and kids’ carmaker The Little Car Company, the DB5 convertible pictured here is an all-electric ride for kids with several drive modes and around 130 kilometers (80 miles) of battery range.
The promotion hints that there are several Easter Eggs hidden in the car, but of course, we have no way of finding out what those are until someone buys and inspects the actual car. Gadget-wise, the vehicle rocks slide-out gun turrets, a smoke screen, and swappable license plates.
The car is not road-legal, but all buyers will be granted access to exclusive track day events.
