Spanish tuner pleasantly surprises with a new Aston Martin DB9 Volante kit

Spain-based auto tune-up shop Venuum may be largely unknown throughout the rest of the world, but situation may change soon if we see more bold body kits like the Venuum78XX for Aston Martin DB9 Volante.

The company will be churning out 25 such kits, the first of which it produced earlier this year. Stylistically, the widebody attachments look like something that could come from brands like Pandem or Liberty Walk.

However, while the JDM scene doesn’t shun from using the bolt-on installation approach, Venuum actually goes through the pain of molding large solid components and fitting them seamlessly onto the car body.

Aside from brand-new bumpers and sides, the Volante sports a new quad-pipe exhaust system, larger wheels and lower ride height.

The one thing we couldn’t establish from the press release was whether the kit was meant to be installed on top of the existing body panels or necessitated permanent modifications, like cutting. You may contact the shop with this question yourself if interested.
