James Bond’s DBS Superleggera to come out in 50 units

Aston Martin has taken the wraps off a special DBS Superleggera mini-series meant to celebrate 50 years of On Her Majesty's Secret Service, a 1969 James Bond movie.

The new Superleggera sports an Olive Green livery that makes it look like 007’s original vehicle. A radiator grille consisting of six lateral fins also pays homage to the classics.

The cabin sports a combination trim that involves black leather and grey Alcantara brought together by means of contrast stitching.

The engine bay holds a twin-turbo V12 monster engine with 5.2 liters of displacement room. It sends 725 hp (541 kW) along with 900 Nm (664 lb×ft) of torque to the rear wheels, the latter attainable starting from 1,800 RPM. It accelerates from nothing to 100 km/h (62 mph) in a mere 3.4 seconds and may ultimately exceed 340 km/h (211 mph) given the right conditions.

The 007 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera comes equipped with a black champagne case for two bottles of champagne and four glasses. The stylish accessory fits into the trunk area of the sports car.
