The DBS Superleggera is Aston Martin’s take on the ‘ultimate Gran Turismo of all time’. Powered by a 5.2-liter, twin-turbo V12 good for 725 hp (541 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque, we’d say it comes pretty damn close to matching that description. Not so for the tuners over at Wheelsandmore, who felt the car could use a power kit.
The firm came up with two boost options to choose from. The first one is your standard chip tuning, which necessitates driving to a service for installation. The other one is an auxiliary ECU module that you can plug in yourself. Both result in an extra 105 hp (78 kW) and 130 Nm (96 lb-ft). The top speed remains clamped at 340 km/h (211 mph), though, reportedly out of ‘safety concerns’.
Also in stock at Wheelsandmore are an elegant DB11-like body kit for the Superleggera and a wheel set called F.I.W.E., installed here in 22”x10” (front) and 22”x12” (rear).
