After introducing the new DB12 this spring, Aston Martin is now getting ready to unveil a second next-generation sports car. The corresponding statement sounded during the company’s financial report for Q3 earlier this week, with CEO Lawrence Stroll promising to update the DBX with an emphasis on the interior.
Speaking with the media, Stroll said the company’s next sports car will be unveiled in the first quarter of 2024 and be every bit as popular as the DB12 (shown below). He never provided any details, but we suspect that the company could be preparing a major redesign of its Vantage model.
If that is the case, the sports car could receive the same scope of updates as the DB12, with an emphasis on modern technology and luxury. As for the DBX, it should get major interior upgrades next year, most notably an improved infotainment system with dual displays like those in the DB12.
