This Aston Martin AMR belongs to a series of only 200 vehicles with manual transmission, RWD and 510 metric horsepower (503 hp / 375 kW) to have ever left the factory premises.
More interestingly, it is also one of 59 units built to celebrate 60 years of the company’s triumph at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. It currently resides in Florida, USA, and is on sale online with a top bid at $131,000 and a few days remaining before the auction ends.
Finished in Stirling Green, it has a dark grey interior with acid-yellow accents throughout. There are 20-inch forged wheels at both axles, adaptive suspension and carbon-ceramic brakes. A four-liter twin-turbo V8 under the hood sends the momentum to the wheels through a seven-speed dogbox. The box supports throttle blipping, too, taking the car to 100 km/h (62 mph) in four seconds flat and then up to a maximum of 314 km/h (195 mph).
When new, the car cost $218,581 to buy in the United States. This example has around 8,370 kilometers (5,200 miles) on the odo.
