Aston Martin has finally dispelled the mystery surrounding the new generation of their Vantage GTE cars. These will participate in the FIA World Endurance Championship as early as 2018. It bears mentioning that Aston Martin chose to develop the race car simultaneously with its “civil” counterpart.
The Aston Martin Vantage GTE will take advantage of its boosted 4-liter V8 motor, improved suspension, fundamental braking system, better aerodynamic body kit and a variety of systems catering to driver safety.
The race car has already passed a number of road tests, including a 12000-kilometer run and a 30-hour test drive on a race track in Spain.
