“The bigger, the better” usually rings true in the world of camping vehicles. Living space is essential, so many people tend to prefer it over the maneuverability and steering benefits that smaller vehicles offer. This Challenger Combo X150 looks like it hits just the sweet spot, though.
In terms of dimensions, the new model slots nicely into the “campervan” category of the market, but it still packages everything (well, nearly everything) that a fully grown motorhome does. Based on the Fiat Ducato chassis, it offers accommodation for five and features individual beds for four. It also houses a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin and a closet, a kitchen with a huge 134-liter fridge, two 100l water tanks (fresh/used water), a powerful diesel heat source and a 10l water boiler.
Prices remain unannounced, but we wouldn’t bet on under €60,000 even before all options.
