Based on these photos made by car spotters a few days ago, Audi has been busy taking the high-spec RS trim of its Q4 coupe-SUV through a series of road trials lately.
In all likelihood, the performance-oriented Q4 will ship with a 2.5-liter turbocharged V5 engine rated at 400 hp / 300 kW, as well as stronger brakes and stiffer suspension.
The standard Audi Q4 will celebrate its premiere in the coming few months. The crossover/SUV is built on the MQB platform and inherits most of its tech from the 2nd-gen Q3. It will ship with an assortment of turbocharged gasoline and diesel engines rated at between 150 hp / 112 kW and 230 hp / 172 kW. A hybrid version with around 50 km (30 miles) of electric range may also be released at a later date, but this is not official yet.
