Audi promises to bring the new Q8 RS concept car with V8 hybrid power plant of 600 h.p. to the International Geneva motor show. A petrol part of the motor with a double turbo-supercharging will have 4 liters in volume. Such engine is already used in several Audi models. Transmission is provided by new 8-staged "automatics".
The car is assembled in a body of SUV and represents the modified concept which was presented in Detroit. In spite of the fact that the company, doing the announcement, reserved the main information about the innovation for March, it is already known that the maximum speed of new Audi will constitute 300 km/h. The car should compete with the BMW X6 M crossover for a consumer interest.
