It just so happens that the Audi A6 Avant estate/wagon is much more popular than its sedan/saloon counterpart. When Prior Design developed its opulent PD600R body kit for the C7 A6 Avant (see video), it did not bother to make it compatible with the ‘normal’ A6. Well, M&D Exclusive Cardesign has found a workaround.
Carrying out a custom order, the tuner cut the carbon parts and carefully adopted then to the four-door vehicle produced in 2013. Predictably enough, it was the rear end that gave the most trouble – the diffuser in particular had to be designed from scratch. In the end, though, they were rewarded with an appearance that was unique, sporty and aggressive.
The Audi A6 proceeded to get LED lighting all around, a sports exhaust system, artFORM AF-401 wheels 21 inches across, and Michelin Pilot Supersport 265/30 tires. H&R springs and Trak+ wheel spacers were used to fit the wheels perfectly within their arches.
In the end, the car’s 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 received a mild chip tune.
