Audi launched its first all-electric car in 2018, and if these spy photos are any indication, it looks ready for a mid-generational refresh.
The Ingolstadt-based company mentioned this summer that it planned to retrofit the E-Tron with new motors and battery. The redesigned drivetrain should extend its range from the original 400 kilometers (248 miles) to 600 km (373 miles).
Only minimal changes can be discerned in exterior styling right now, specifically, the bumpers, the fake grille and the lighting look slightly different.
The facelifted E-Tron is expected to make its premiere in late 2022 and continue to be available until the next generation coming in 2025 or so.
