Prototype car photographers have brought in a rather good haul: not one, but two Audi Q4 e-trons. The electric off-roader runs on the Volkswagen ID.4 platform and should debut in its final production guise before the end of the year.
The impervious camo leaves little exposed, but it looks like the production car gets to keep the dimensions and outlines of its concept version revealed last year (watch the video if you don’t remember). That said, it gets wider side mirrors and larger wheels.
The concept came equipped with dual electric motors joining their efforts for 306 hp (228 kW). It could sprint 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 6.3 seconds and max out at 180 km/h (112 mph). Its 82-kWh traction battery gave it up to 450 kilometers (280 miles) of WLTP-rated range, and charging from empty to 80% full took around thirty minutes.
