ABT Spotsline launches a range of Audi Q5 customization options

Audi tuner ABT Sportsline has released a number of new options for the 2018 Audi Q5. The mini-SUV range can now benefit from a number of exterior, interior and technical upgrades.

Styling options include a new rear skirt, a rear wing and a sports exhaust system with 84mm (3.3") tips.

Those who value everyday driving comfort over extra off-road capabilities may now opt for a set of ABT lowering springs that bring the car 35 to 60 mm (1.4 to 2.4 inches) closer to the ground. Even with these installed, you can still equip the SUV with wheels up to 21 inches large. ABT makes DR, ER-C and FR series available for the model.

Inside, you may opt for an ABT-branded ignition button and a carbon-fiber gear shifter case.

Finally yet importantly, there are updates available for the entire Audi Q5 engine range. The 2.0L gasoline engine can be persuaded to output 300 hp (224 kW) and 420 Nm (300 pound-feet) of torque over the manifacturer-specified 252 hp / 370 Nm. The 2.0L diesel variant can get to 215 hp (160 kW) and 440 Nm (320 lb-ft) of torque, while its 3.0L counterpart can pump out up to 330 hp (247 kW) and 670 Nm (465 lb-ft). As for the hi-end SQ5 trim, it can be pushed for an additional 70 hp (52 kW) and 50 Nm (33 lb-ft) of torque.
