Up until recently, owners of the current-gen Audi Q5 (80A) had few customization options available to them. In fact, ABT Sportsline and Lumma Design were the only two tuners to have announced body kits for the model, and we are yet to see the latter actually release anything. Luckily, Belgian tuner Caractere Exclusive acted faster and brought out a wide body kit made of polyurethane. Fancy a glimpse?
The German SUV gained wheel arch extensions both front and rear, a diffuser-shaped styling part, custom exhaust tips, a roof spoiler, and a honeycomb grille bearing the “RS Q5” badge. Audi actually doesn’t have an RS Q5 in its current or planned lineup, so perhaps the Belgian company merely wanted to make the car a little bit closer to the RS performance series.
Aside from the kit, Caractere Exclusive suggests equipping the utility vehicle with its in-house designed CW1 forged wheels. These range from 20 to 22 inches, but the largest size is only available with the rest of the kit, since it just doesn’t fit in the standard wheel wells.
