Klasen Motors has recently squeezed quite a substantial power surplus from the ten-cylinder engine version of the Audi R8. After numerous tweaks and improvements, the 610-hp (455-kW) mill ascended to the Hall of Fame with 1,050 horsepower (783 kilowatts) and 930 Newton-meters (686 pound-feet) of torque.
A few days ago, the GRIP team got ahold of the car and pitted it up against a Porsche GT2 RS, a Dodge Challenger Demon and an all-electric e-Prototype LottE.
Before you hit play, have a glance at the specs. According to Klasen Motors, the tuned-up Audi R8 V10 now accelerates from standstill to 100 km/h (62 mph) in a breezy 2.7 seconds. It hits 200 km/h (124 mph) in just 6.8 seconds and goes past 300 km/h (186 mph) in 15.2 s. The measured top speed is 354 km/h (220 mph).
Watch and be amazed!
