While some cars might need a serious design overhaul to put on a sporty and aggressive appearance, the Audi RS3 doesn’t really need anything of that kind. A mere wheel set is all it takes to make the already fit vehicle stand out in the crowd.
This is what the owner of this Audi RS3 wanted when he came to RACE! South Africa. The tuner decided on a set of Vossen VPS-307 forged wheels for the German vehicle. The suspension was left intact, which may seem like a disadvantage, but really isn’t, given the already low ride height of the RS series.
To spruce things up a bit further, the team boosted the stock engine of the car from its 400 hp (298 kW) to some 530 hp (395 kW). At least, that’s what we believe it should be producing now, since there is no official data available. Drivetrain changes included installing a new carbon-fiber cold air intake system, a sports exhaust, a massive intercooler, new fuel injectors, and a better gasoline pump.
