At a recent Race 1000 weekend event, one particularly badass Audi RS 3 caught our attention with its bold aero kit and 1,400 horsepower under the hood.
The details are scarce, but we know that the stock 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine is no longer there, replaced with a more tunable VR6-series mill dialed up to the massive 1,419 PS (1,400 hp / 1,044 kW).
On the outside, the hottest of hatches wears a rather brutal-looking boy kit that comprises boxy fender flares, side sill extensions, reshaped bumpers and a ventilated hood cover. The cabin ended up with a roll cage, while the arches wound up with white aluminum wheels shod in racing-grade tires.
How fast does it go? As you can see in the video, the RS 3 hit 303 km/h (that’s 188.3 miles per hour) at the end of its quarter-mile run, so that should give you an idea.
