With 217,000 units sold so far, the second-gen Audi RS4 (B9, released in 2015) counts among the most popular vehicles to have rolled off the Ingolstadt-based manufacturer’s assembly lines. Despite this, the newest A6, A7 and A8 start to encroach on its popularity. Simon Motorsport felt like showing us that the model isn’t going anywhere so far.
The team started with a stock Audi RS4 (B9) estate/wagon. First, they swapped the wheels out for a gorgeous Z-Performance ZP3.1 set sporting a glossy black finish. Next, they slammed the suspension into the ground by means of Bilstein Performance air shocks. To ensure perfect fit, they put 12.5 mm (0.5”) wheel spacers on the front axle and 20 mm (0.8”) ones on the rear axle.
The entire body of the car was then treated to a coal-black wrap by Wrapsign NRW. The chrome parts were stripped or otherwise painted over in black, and the windows and lights tinted to match.
Wrapping things up, Simon Motorsport chip-tuned the stock turbocharged six-cylinder from its standard 450 hp (336 kW) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque all the way to an impressive 530 hp (395 kW), along with 780 Nm (575 lb-ft) of torque. A performance exhaust system was installed to help the unit cope with the increased load.
How do you like the murdered-out Audi RS4 wagon?
