Audi RS6 Avant purrs like a happy cat with 1,012-hp engine upgrade

The Mercedes AMG and Audi RS wagons are an excellent choice for those who want a fast and highly practical executive car. As the tuner team over at Klasen Motors has demonstrated, they can also be tuned with great results.

The tuner tackled the Performance version of the car, which comes from the factory rated at 605 hp (451 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lbft) of torque. It accelerates 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3.7 seconds and tops out at 305 km/h (190 mph).

After a series of under-the-hood modifications, the performance of this Audi RS6 Avant skyrocketed to 1,012 hp (745 kW).

While we have a video featuring the upgraded RS6 by Klasen Motors, it isn’t going through any kind of extreme acceleration tests there. Instead, the video is meant to demonstrate you the elegant purring of the new Akrapovic exhaust system.
