Sad though it may be for the brand fans, the Audi RS6 C7 will soon leave the market. A new model will replace it, one that is most likely going to be even faster and better equipped than the current one – but it will hardly be as memorable as the RS6 C7.
Why do we like the Number Seven? The reasons are numerous, some of the main highlights being its aggressive looks, an extra-cozy interior and, perhaps most importantly, its virtually unlimited tuning potential.
A tuner has recently managed to upgrade an RS6 C7 to the crazy 1012 hp (755 kW). The car subsequently accelerated to 328 km/h (203 mph) in a straight line – and could probably go even faster than that had it not been for the driver, who was too scared to continue the experiment.
The car hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in slightly over four seconds (we blame poor tire traction), reached 200 km/h (124 mph) in 8,5s and zapped past 300 km/h (186 mph) mere ten seconds after.
