Wheelsandmore has come out with five upgrades for the latest Audi RS6, endowing it with more than 1,000 horsepower (745 kilowatts) in the top version. Let us delve into the specs.
The Stage I kit costs €2,100 and boils down to a simple ECU upgrade. It is still enough to raise the output of the four-liter, twin-turbo V8 the family hauler comes with from 600 hp (447 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque to 710 hp (530 kW) and 920 Nm (680 lb-ft), respectively.
Stage II throws in an expensive Capristo exhaust (€7,688) and yields 725 hp (541 kW) along with 930 Nm (686 lb-ft).
Stage III includes a new air intake system and a performance-oriented air filter. It will set you back €12,521 and result in at least 786 hp (586 kW) and 1,060 Nm (782 lb-ft) of torque.
Stage IV introduces new turbochargers and transmission improvements. For a whopping €33,529, you get 965 hp (720 kW) and 1,250 Nm (922 lb-ft) of torque.
At the bottom of the list is Stage V, which takes all of the above and adds a catless downpipe and soot filters. This results in 1,010 hp (753 kW) at the output end. The torque stays fixed at 1,250 Nm (922 lb-ft). The package costs €41,932 – more than a third of the €117,500 retail price tag of the Audi RS6 in Europe.
Wheelsandmore rounds off the list with custom 22-inch wheels and suspension lowering options.
