Photos of the new 2018 Audi RS7 depicting the high-end hatchback running road tests in snowy Sweden have leaked online. The car itself premieres next year.
Curiously, Audi has managed to conceal its top-of-the line RS7 almost completely under the familiar old body of the A7. Still, its massive exhaust pipes with oval-shaped nozzles and unique new brake supports are unmistakable.
Car geeks predict that the newcomer would most likely be shipped with a twin-turbo V8 capable of roughly 600 horsepower. A hybrid-driven model with ~710 hp is also not completely out of the question.
The mass market-ready Audi A7 hatchback debuted in October 2017. The vehicle is built on the MLB Evo platform and comes with a three-liter V6 rated at 340 horsepower.
