The Audi RS 7 counts among the most popular V8-packing performance sedans on the market thanks to having 605 PS (597 hp / 445 kW) and sprinting to highway speed in 3.7 seconds. AutoTopNL got its hands on a lightly modified example a couple of days ago and filmed a video to highlight its exhaust system.
