There is no arguing with the fact that the Audi RS Q8 is an extremely powerful and capable crossover SUV – which is unsurprising, considering that it shares most of its tech with the Lamborghini Urus. Still, O.CT Tuning felt it could do with some extra horses.
In its production form, the RS Q8 utilizes a four-liter, twin-turbo V8 rated at 600 PS (592 hp / 441 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. Opting for the tuner’s hottest offer, a Stage 3 tuning kit, raises these numbers to 802 PS (791 hp / 590 kW) and 1,030 Nm (760 lb-ft) of torque. This necessitates a major redesign of air intake and exhaust systems, as well as an ECU remap.
Those who feel they do not need this much power may opt for Stage 2, which throws out the custom exhaust, but keeps the air intake and filters. This one yields 735 PS (725 hp / 541 kW) and 950 Nm (701 lb-ft) of torque. Finally, if you are feeling cheap at the moment, you may order a simple ECU reprogramming for 700 PS (690 hp / 515 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque.
Customers are also invited to consider adding a set of forged wheels sized 23x11 inches all around to their order. The rims are 20 percent lighter than stock and come in a selection of finishes.
