Audi’s latest S3 sedan and liftback now available with variable suspension

The Audi S lineup is all about sports (hence the letter), but height-adjustable suspension is not on the list of OEM options. German suspension specialist H&R addresses this issue with its own coilover package for the S3.

All modern modifications of the car are supported, including all sedans and liftbacks produced since 2020. The lowering on the front axle can be adjusted between 20 and 30 mm (0.8–1.2 inches), and the rear axle can be dropped by any amount between 10–30 mm (0.4–1.2 inches). The asking price is €746.

According to the manufacturer, the comfort stays on the same level as with the OEM springs. Handling becomes sharper and more confident in fast curves and body rolling is reduced, especially during sudden load shifts. Last but hardly least, the Audi S3 benefits from a sportier stance in purely aesthetic terms.
