JMS, a car tune-up shop from Germany, built a show car out of an Audi S8 (D4) a few years ago, outfitting it with exceptionally lightweight Project X wheels, Now, the company returns to that project with another update.
Installed on the S8 here are Barracuda Ultralight Project 2.0 wheel rims that manage to weigh in under 13 kilograms (28.5 pounds) each despite being 22 inches large and 10.5 inches wide. The manufacturer uses a special production method called flow forming to ensure maximum weight savings.
Elsewhere, the S8 rides lower thanks to a tuned air suspension and sports a silvery grey wrap applied by FolienDuo. The standard twin-turbo V8 with 520 PS (513 hp / 382 kW) continues its shift under the hood without any modifications.
