Bentley introduces the automotive industry to 3D leather

Bentley has released a new teaser featuring the interior of its upcoming Flying Spur 4-door sedan/saloon. The highlight here is the brand-new "3D Leather" trim, an innovative textured leather patented by the company and never used before in the industry.

The 2020 Flying Spur will also pack numerous tech-heavy features and systems, but the details are a bit scarce right now.

The car will utilize the Porsche Panamera chassis and come powered by a six-liter W12 monster engine good for 635 hp (474 kW). A more affordable version will ship with a 4.0-liter V8 TT capable of 550 hp (410 kW). A plug-in hybrid (PHEV) version will arrive at a later date, packing the same powertrain as the Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid, rated slightly above 460 hp (343 kW).
