Bentley has come up with a new men’s fragrance series styled in the same vein as its Blackline vehicle lineup. The asking price is £69 per bottle, which roughly corresponds to U.S. $88.
According to the British automaker, around 40 percent of its clients opt for the black-out package when buying their cars. The new perfume is called Bentley for Men Black Edition Eau de Parfum and is supposed to remind its user of a new Bentley car, says its creator Dorothee Piot.
As per the tradition, the flask itself is designed with Bentley’s automotive DNA in mind. Made of black glass, it has a polished silver insert at the top that evoked associations with the Bentley hood ornament. The latter retains its chrome shine even with the Blackline package applied.
