Bentley said it would be releasing an anniversary book telling the story of the brand and stating its future vision to celebrate the company’s 100th birthday. The massive tome will weigh 30 kilograms (66 lb).
The book is called Bentley Centenary Opus and features pages that are 0.5 m2 (1.5 ft2) large, with occasional gatefold pages measuring 2 meters (over 6 ft.) across.
Most of the book is dedicated to the company’s victories at Le Mans races in the first half of the 20th century, history of legendary Bentley cars and people who worked in the company.
There are also interviews of designers, engineers and managers providing insight into the future of the Bentley brand, its vision and its goals.
The Bentley Centenary Opus will be made available in three different formats, one compact and two full-size ones.
Prices aren’t being disclosed so far.
