The Bentley Batur debuted in August 2022, and a production version of that car went into development several months later. This week, the company has officially completed the work on it and declared everything ready for production.
Only 18 units will be sold into private hands. Another two cars were made for the pre-production tests, with the company saying that they had covered around 30,000 km (18,600 miles) combined. The first out of these test Baturs was known internally as the Car Zero and had a Purple Sector boy paint with a Gloss Dark Titanium grille. The other one was called Zero-Zero and flaunted a Marina Teal livery.
The Batur supercar is unique in multiple ways. First, it incorporates more than 800 unique components not found in any other Bentley on the market. Second, it is the manufacturer’s last car to still harbor a six-liter, twin-turbo W12 under the hood rated at 750 PS (740 hp / 552 kW).
All cars have already been sold starting from U.S. $2,000,000.
