Bentley has posted another teaser pic previewing a new luxury car coming up on May 10, 2022. The company claims that the seats shown on the photo are the most technologically advanced in history.
The image shows seat backs separated with a broad center console, and a door panel with purple backlight. The accompanying description states each seat supports 22-way adjustment, including selective pressure control across 6 areas and 177 points.
Furthermore, the seats can automatically detect and improve climate in the cabin. Bentley provides no details, but we expect automatic heating and ventilation based on the condition of each passenger.
The door backlighting is also rather unusual. There are numerous tine (<1mm) holes in the leather trim with LED lights concealed under the trim. Each front door has 12 such diodes and each rear one has 22. Overall, the model is advertised as the most versatile and customizable Bentley in history, with over 24 billion unique trim combinations available.
