Arden has released images of what it calls the Arden Bentley AB III. At the heart of the conversion is the Bentley Continental GT, which now boasts a wide body kit along with some other neat options.
The car gains 50 mm (2 inches) of width on each side thanks to new fenders, a wider front apron, a new rear diffuser, and a rear wing. It also has new rocker panels and hood. The entire kit consists of lightweight carbon fiber.
The show car rides on 22-inch rims wrapped in 275/35 tires up front and 315/30 ones in the back. A new titanium exhaust system provides a healthy 10-percent increase in engine performance – at least, this is what the tuner claims. The engine itself (6.0 W12, 635 hp / 474 kW, 900 Nm / 664 lb-ft) remains stock, accelerating the Bentley Continental GT from nothing to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.7 seconds. Arden says you may ask them for the twin-turbo V8 version if you would rather have that one. Oh, and the kit is also said to be compatible with the GT Convertible.
This is not the first time Arden works on the Continental series. Several years ago, the company upgraded the GTC (see video).
Pricing remains unknown.
