The British luxury car manufacturer Bentley Motors has declassified its new development - a racing version of the new generation Continental GT coupe. The car is specially designed for racing in endurance and fully complies with GT3 category requirements.
The new Bentley Continental GT3 has parted with a huge 6.0-liter V12 engine. Now its place is occupied by a 4.0-liter "eight", which produces 550 horsepower. The engine received a modernized intake and exhaust system, as well as an electronic control unit Cosworth. The weight of the Bentley Continental GT3 is about 1350 kilograms. This is almost a ton less than the weight of a regular Continental GT coupe.
You can buy a racing coupe in the summer of next year. What will be the cost of the novelty - not reported.
