The BMW X2 mini-SUV celebrated its market premiere exactly a year ago. German tuner AC Schnitzer chose to celebrate this date by releasing a tuning package for the X2. right now, the upgrade mostly deals with design improvements.
The vehicle received an M-Technik front splitter, several decorative elements for the front apron and a roof-mounted spoiler. This may not look like much, but the car has definitely gained in sportiness.
Other options include lowered suspension, new exhaust pipes and AC1 wheels either 19 or 20 inches in diameter.
There are also aluminum pedal pads, a black/red paddle shifter and a few other minor details.
The team is currently working on a power upgrade for both the gasoline and the diesel engine of the X2 series. The gasoline engine is expected to get a boost from 190 to 222 hp (142 to 166 kW).
