Photographers, specializing in shooting still not presented to the public cars, managed to shoot a new serial crossover BMW X2. The car removed most of the camouflage, which allowed auto experts to evaluate the novelty, the official presentation of which will be held at the December motor show in Los Angeles. However, according to other information, the premiere will not be held until January salon in Detroit.
Speaking of the novelty design, it resembles the concept X2, the presentation of which took place last year in the French capital. However, the car got sporty bumpers and updated optics.
The basis for the new "SUV" will be front-wheel drive base UKL. It has already been used for the BMW X1, 2-Series Active Tourer models and the Grand Tourer. Also will be produced and all-wheel drive version of the car. As auto experts suggest, the BMW X2 will receive two-liter diesel turbo units with a capacity of 150, 190 and 230 horsepower.
The petrol version will be one - 2.0-liter engine, giving out almost 200 horsepower. Later, the light will be seen by a model with an engine speeded up to 300 "horses".
