This BMW M1 is a 685-HP supercharged track tool

There are still BMW fans out there who believe the M1 Coupe was the last “true M” car. Debatable though the point may be, there is no denying the vast potential of the iconic Bavarian ride. One look at Andy “S93cky” Specky’s tuned version should be enough to convince you of its virtues.

The tuner put hundreds of hours and heaps of cash into retrofitting the coupe with a Harrop supercharger and a plethora of other track-friendly upgrades. In the end, the stock engine hit the rear wheels with 685 metrical horsepower (676 HP / 504 kW).

Elsewhere, the supercar slayer extraordinaire flaunts a widebody kit, a front splitter, a rear wing, performance brakes, and bi-color forged wheels that sit perfectly in their arches thanks to a lowering kit.

Watch the video to see what the 1 Series is truly capable of with some performance tuning.
