The range-topping M35i version of the BMW 2 Series may combine the utility of an SUV with the performance of a sports car, but its suspension was not meant for racing. Now, H&R offers to fix this with a set of upgrade springs.
The lowering kit arrives approximately half a year after similar upgrades for the rest of 2 Series (see video). It costs €290 and drops the ride height by 20 mm (0.8 inches) on both axles. This reduces rolling and adds maneuverability at higher speeds, as well as centers the wheels perfectly within their respective arches.
Also in stock are H&R Trak+ spacers for 22-50 mm (0.85 – 2 inches) of extra wheel span. Prices begin from €90.
