The latest batch of spy shots shows what looks like a finalized 2 Series Coupe fitted with a four-pipe exhaust and some other goodies.
It seems like the model is next in line to adopt BMW’s new door handle design (level with the car body). You may think it still has the old handle design, but look closely, and you will see that the development team placed a few white stickers around the grip to confuse you into thinking that.
Note also the tiny black rivets holding some fake bodywork together: it would seem like the Hofmeister kink also received its share of attention in the new generation. There is also a thin trunk lid spoiler, heavy-duty brakes, and typical M side mirrors.
