The Bavarian carmaker will be exhibiting its shiny new 2 Series Coupe at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK on Thursday, July 8. In the meantime, here’s a teaser pic showing its nose.
Despite the colored lighting and the deep shadows, you can spot an M badge on the fender if you crank up the brightness.
From the technology standpoint, the M Performance version will benefit from an all-wheel drive system, while the regular coupe will make do with RWD. The high-end spec will also pack six cylinders under the hood and 373 PS (368 hp / 274 kW), while the non-M lineup will make do with four cylinders and two liters of turbocharged displacement.
Earlier spy shots indicate that the new 2 Series will look nearly identical to the current generation (shown in the video). Stay tuned for the Thursday reveal!
