Japanese tuning company 3D Design has developed an aerodynamic trim package for the BMW M240i (G42). It is going on sale soon, promising superior style, lower curb weight and improved drag performance.
The contents are rather basic: a front spoiler, a rear diffuser and a trunk lip. Everything is made from 1x1-weave carbon fiber and looks refreshingly subtle and elegant.
While you are at it, the tuner recommends also grabbing a quad-tip sports exhaust system from them, a suspension lowering kit for approximately 20 mm (0.8”), and a fashionable set of wheels. The car seen here is wearing a 20-inch set of 3D Design Type 3 rims advertised as a lighter-yet-sturdier alternative to the OEM wheels.
