Rebellion Forge Racing (RFR) has visited the recently concluded SEMA show in Las-Vegas with an old 1989 BMW E30 stylized to resemble its Need for Speed counterpart designed by Khyzyl Saleem.
The two-door coupe sports a new front apron, bolt-on fenders, side sills, a bulky rear diffuser, and a carbon-fiber roof handily sourced from another vehicle. Overall, the above listed components result in a fairly aggressive and over-the-top look – which seems entirely justified in a restomod inspired by a video game series.
The BMW E30 RFR30 also boasts a number of technical improvements, including a new 5.0-liter LS V8 engine, air suspension, Porsche brakes, and Rotiform centerlock wheels clad in Toyo Tires.
Wrapping up the list is the interior makeover, which brings along an Alcantara-wrapped Sabelt wheel, Sabelt seats and safety belts, a fire extinguishing system, and a welded roll cage.
